The sweet cakes at the nearby Venchi are to die for! Plus, the friendly hosts are super accommodating, making you feel at home. The location is a stone's throw from Piazza della Signoria, perfect for a midnight gelato run!

The only hiccup was having to walk a few feet to our private restroom down the hall during late-night munchie emergencies. Not a biggie, really—everything else was fab!

Perfectly located just 200m from Ponte Vecchio made exploring Florence so easy. The room offered great air conditioning and was nicely cleaned every day. I enjoyed the small touches like fluffy pillows and towels. The shared bathroom was clean but could be a bit inconvenient during the night. It was a bit awkward with the blurred glass shower. The staff, especially Ines, made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service, even allowing me to store my luggage after check-out. A bit noisy outside at night, but that’s expected in such a vibrant location.

Let me tell you, the location is perfect, just a few steps away from everything. The staff were beyond helpful! They made sure we got our check-in sorted even though it was late! I also loved the air conditioning, it was a lifesaver after a long day of exploring!
